Is everything in the photo included in the sale?
Extra items and crystals shown in photos are only used as props, and not included for sale. 
Also, please keep in mind that handmade items carry unique variations and slight imperfections. Pattern placement may vary.
Do you accept custom orders?

Currently, we do not accept custom orders, but please contact us for wholesale orders.



What is the production time?

Most items available are ready to ship. If an item is not ready to ship at the time of your order, please keep in mind that handmade items take time, so shipping times do not include production times.


PLEASE NOTE - If you wish to purchase a large order, please contact me for current production times and shipping estimate.


What are the delivery options?

We ship through USPS (United States Postal Service). You may choose:

  • 1st Class (estimated ship in 2-3 business days),

  • Priority Mail (estimated ship in 1-3 days)

  • Priority Mail Express (ship overnight).


At this time we do not ship Internationally.


You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your package ships.


To be eco-conscious, I do not send printed receipts and use recycled shipping materials whenever possible. I use poly or padded envelopes when possible to conserve on the weight of packaging and can usually ship within 3 days of receiving payment. I do my best to pack things carefully and sometimes may need to fold soft items.

What is the returns policy?

Because of the personal nature of how our Crystal Pillows are used (worn under clothing, in pillowcases, etc.), for health/hygiene reasons we cannot accept refunds for these at this time. If you receive an item in damaged condition, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to let us know.
